I've had this same issue today. I set shops yesterday night they disconnected even on offline vend mode.

Not really, no one has access to my vendors besides myself, and i have even checked AruaGuard.

If it's happening on a daily basis then someone is logging into your account.

If it's happening every 2-3 days and your shop is on a map which has hit the vend limit, then your shop is being kicked out because it's been logged in for that amount of time. Oldest shops get kicked first. This was added in May.

Nobody logged and my vendors were up for few hours only. Not sure if it happens in other maps aswell.

What I said here is actually a bit misleading: after 2-3 days of being online, your vend shop is set to be kicked out if the map hits its limit in the order of oldest > newest. In theory this means your shop could remain only for more than this time, but it only gets kicked out once the server 'reaches' your vend shop. It stops kicking people out whilst the shop count is below the limit.

If it's being kicked out every few hours and no-one is definitely logging into your account then dunno, unlucky cappuccino. The timer may be buggy, in which cause I might disable the whole thing anyway - so you'll have to wait until the next update.

I set shop today afternoon and 3 hours later my shops vanished.

I repeat, no one is logging into my accounts and i havent reached 2-3 days time limit.

Which map did you have your vending shops on? This probably isn't the case for you guys, but one possibility is that your shop is being killed by monsters. This would disconnect your character from the server if you're offline vending.

Well... there are the terrifying man-eating chickens of Junon Polis. They'll lightly peck you to death.
But more likely, as Matt wrote above, it's a bug with the timer. Nothing can actually kill you in the city.

You're going to the wrong person for help. You should direct your attention towards Ruben who will gladly make a nerf topic on Offline Shop Disconnections.

My shops been up since the last "not" karkia patch though.

I already acknowledged that the timer might be going too fast and I made a change in the code which may or may not fix it. Also added a toggle to turn the kicking feature on/off if it doesn't after the next update.

Having a look at the logs, there was a mass kick on the 11th minute of this hour.

I've actually just gone ahead and disabled the kick out feature. It was requested so people have a shot at getting a shop set up on the more popular maps, which is fine and we tried to come up with a solution. The Market Place really does just trump everything though.
