In January, we kicked off the year with the launch of our Seasonal Server, and Season 1 has just ended! The data we were able to capture within just the first few days of its launch has been invaluable to us and helps shape the launch of Season 2 and future projects. A big thank you! to anyone who joined to try it out.
We have been very clear on what Seasonal aims to be from the start - a temporary server that gives players the opportunity to experience the game in a way that will be completely chaotic, but hopefully providing a short term challenge and fun for anyone who wants to try it out. Season 1 was very much a soft launch, with little to no advertisement outside of our private Discord server, as we didn't quite know what to expect with it. The launch date for Season 2 will be shared in the coming days (expected to launch in around 2 weeks time), and we'll be advertising it to a wider audience. As it stands, we are still only guaranteeing that there will be a Season 2 - whether there will be a Season 3 is still unknown, so this is your time to experience it.
With that, we'd like to congratulate the Top 10 Seasonal players, as ranked by their Seasonal Points:
Their prizes can be seen below, and we will also share the list of all players eligible for the general participation prize below also.
We will be creating a section in the My Account area of the website for winners to use to redeem their prizes. Prizes can only be redeemed on the same account, but they can be redeemed to any character within that account.
